Since joining ECS in 1987, Cynthia Teagle has worn many hats, holding positions with six different departments before settling in the human resources department, where she rose from the level of administrative assistant. She attended Gwynedd Mercy College and Eastern University. In her spare time, Cynthia is an avid reader of fiction and Philadelphia history, an amateur poet, and a fan of the lively arts.
