James has over 20 years of experience in operations management, program development/implementation, and staff development. Prior to joining ECS, James spent five years at Progressions Companies, Inc. as Corporate Director of Human Resources and Human Resources Manager. James began his career at IDAAY, Inc. where he spent 17 years and held the positions of Director of Human Resources, Deputy Director, Assistant to the Executive Director, and Program Director.
James holds a master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Temple University Fox School of Business and a bachelor of science in Management/Human Resources Management from DeVry University.
