Jessica Main joined ECS as a social work intern in 2012 and loved it so much, she never left. After completing two years as an intern and finishing her Master in Social Work at the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Social Policy and Practice, Jessica joined the staff of ECS in the Workforce Development Department in 2014. After three years of building relationships with area employers, Jessica switched gears to build relationships with ECS donors as she oversees annual giving for the agency. Before joining ECS, Jessica spent five years on the administrative and operations team at the MBA Career Management office at The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. In the past, Jessica was very active with board service at Urbanstead, served on the Young Friends Committee of the Friends of Independence National Historic Park, and was the Programming Chair on the board of the Penn State Professional Women’s Network for Philadelphia. These days her spare time is spent chasing after her two daughters. Jessica received her undergraduate degree from Pennsylvania State University. She lives with her family in South Philadelphia.
