Pamela D. Egleston, MSW, LSW

Director of Health and Wellness Programming

Pamela Egleston is the Director of Health & Wellness Programming at Episcopal Community Services. In this role, Pamela leads a team providing all aspects of health and well-being, including physical, social and mental health. Pamela is no stranger to health and human services, having spent ten years as a medical social worker at Temple U Hospital in maternal/infant care and prior as a unit social worker in a residential setting for developmentally challenged adults. Pamela has more than fifteen years of child welfare experience. She worked as a foster care social worker in ECS’ medical foster care program and later became the program manager where she ensured the overall quality and clinical development of foster family care services. Pamela co-developed training curriculum for resource parents on topics such as child and adolescent development, permanency and independent living. In July 2014 Pamela transitioned to a new role as Director of ECS’ Home Care- Medicaid Division. Pamela’s background in the medical, mental health, child welfare, and home and community based settings provided the perfect foundation for leading the agency’s health and wellness initiatives. Pamela is a licensed social worker and holds a master’s degree from Temple University.
