Stephanie Korber

Director of Opportunity Development

Stephanie Korber joined ECS in 2017 as director of opportunity development, focused on the implementation of a new service delivery model, the Path to Prosperity, in alignment with ECS’ mission to challenge and reduce intergenerational poverty.

Most recently, Stephanie served as program director for a youth workforce development pilot program offered by Rutgers University-Camden and Center for Family Services, funded by the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development. Prior to her time in Camden, she served first as a program manager and then as the director of education for an adult education organization in Philadelphia. Stephanie began her career in K-12 education, teaching students with special needs in Syracuse, New York.

She holds a master’s degree in organizational leadership from Neumann University and a bachelor’s degree in elementary and special education from Syracuse University. Stephanie lives in Delaware County with her husband and their two children. She enjoys time spent in service to her community in addition to time spent with family and friends.
