Victoria Sicks joined the staff of Episcopal Community Services in December 2013 as director of individual and parish giving. In December of 2015, she was named Chief Development Officer for ECS. Prior to coming to ECS, Victoria was Associate Director of Development at the Morris Arboretum on the University of Pennsylvania. A lifelong Episcopalian, Victoria is a member of St. Martin in the Fields, Chestnut Hill. She has served the Diocese of Pennsylvania on Diocesan Council representing the Wissahickon Deanery, the Diocesan Transition Team, and the Antiracism Commission.
